Introducing the Doc Talk – an innovative solution for bridging the gap between individuals and medical care. Leveraging the OpenAI API, Python, and the art of Prompt Engineering, I developed a cutting-edge chatbot powered by state-of-the-art Language Models (LLMs). In a comparative analysis, I pitted this bot against the Azure model to demonstrate its superior performance. This chatbot is a game-changer in healthcare, achieving an outstanding 95% accuracy rate in categorizing, diagnosing, and resolving over 500 medical cases. It utilizes Chain of Thought Reasoning and the principles of Prompt Engineering to engage in meaningful conversations with users, gaining insights into their health concerns. Based on these interactions, it can seamlessly guide users towards seeking immediate medical attention when necessary or provide them with personalized advice on how to address their health issues. The Medical Care Chatbot is poised to revolutionize healthcare accessibility by providing users with a trusted, anonymous, and intelligent resource for their medical concerns.
